If your company sponsors membership dues and requires an invoice…

Send a complete list of all members renewing to financequestions@toastmasters.org and request an invoice ASAP (you may not have been set up with an account yet. We recommend you request this ASAP so that your invoice may be processed.) Forward the invoice to your club’s Corporate Sponsor, AP Department or corresponding corporate personnel. Track payment to ensure it arrives at World Headquarters before October 1.

If your club uses a company credit card to pay membership dues…

The club’s Treasurer or any of the other officers can process these payments on Club Central. If you have questions about navigating Club Central reach out to growth@d4tm.org.

If your club’s members pay their own membership dues…

You can collect your dues during club meetings or by requesting payment via mail/email. Sending electronic invoices (with PayPal or similar services) or using Square for credit card payments will save you a lot of time and effort ensuring that the dues collection process is fast and smooth. If you haven’t yet set up a PayPal or Square account, find out how to do so by contacting growth@d4tm.org.
